Exhibit Dates & Times: Receiving: Saturday, March 20th ~ 10:00 to 12:00 AM Hanging: Saturday, March 20th ~ 12:00 to 2:00 PM Judging: Saturday, March 20th ~ 2:00 to 4:00 PM Exhibit: March 20th - April 17th, 2010 Exhibit Critique: Saturday, March 27th ~ 1:00 to 3:00 PM Reception and Awards: Wednesday, March 31st ~ 6:30 to 8:45 PM (Awards at 7:30 PM) Pick Up Work: Saturday, April 17th ~ 1:00 to 4:30 PM Guest Juror: Beth Ellis Beth Ellis is a dedicated plein air artist and instructor who paints and teaches outdoors yearround along the Maine coast and in Connecticut, alongside rolling farmlands and Connecticut River sites. After graduating from Paier College of Art in Connecticut, Beth worked as a designer and illustrator. Today, Beth has a successful gallery at Perkins Cove in Maine, where she exhibits paintings of rural and coastal New England. She has received many awards for her paintings, which she exhibits in various select and prestigious outdoor-juried shows, such as the Bruce Museum Show in Greenwich, CT and the Armonk Outdoor Art Show in Armonk, NY. Her works in oil can be found in private and public collections from coast to coast and in various Northeast galleries.
